Dennis Lynch, Chairman & CEO
Former president and CEO of NYCE Corporation, joined RPP in 2005. NYCE payment network consisted of more than 2,200 financial institutions with over 300,000 automated teller machines and nearly 2 million point of sale locations. Prior to NYCE, Dennis was SVP at Fleet where he was instrumental in organizing the New England wide Yankee 24 ATM Network and served as a founding Director.
Sarsha Adrian, Founder & President
Architect of Business Payment Connection. In 2000, left IBM to join PrimeStreet, a Royal Bank backed by small business banking portal. In 2003 formed Collaborative Financial Concepts, a small business trade credit payments solution company. In 2006 CFC was incorporated in RightPath Payments, business-to-business payments.
Nicholas F. Kourtis, COO
Nick has startup experience and has been instrumental in successfully building a number of venture backed companies. Prior to joining RPP he was general counsel and an executive officer of Coradiant, a provider of Internet managed services. Nick, after Harvard Law School, practiced law for 12 years in Boston with Goulston & Storrs and Rich May.
Armand J. Almeida, CFO
Has over 30 years of corporate and industry experience, having held senior executive positions, including Controller and Chief Financial Officer, in both Fortune 100 companies and privately held businesses. He has a unique mix of business and accounting background. He earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1973 and belongs to both the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Meryl Hampton, Director of Software Development
Joined RPP in October of 2003 to manage the first release of BPC. Prior to joining RPP Meryl has 20 years of software development experience and managed large software development projects for companies such as; MetLife, Staples, and Zoots.
Greg Halpin, Sales Director
Joined RPP in mid 2006 to manage BPC sales. Greg has financial services sales and bank channel experience. He worked for a leading financial company that served small and middle market companies accounts receivable financing. Growing up and working in a family business has given Greg a hands on understanding of managing cash flow and growing a business.
